When wanting to travel, sometimes we do not even know where to start. Sometimes we have the idea of traveling, but it somehow overwhelms us, and we end up not going through with it because of the headache of finding the right deal. As a Personal Travel Agent, I use my Client Questionnaire to help eliminate some of this stress. It asks questions that you may not have thought of previously.
One of the first things to do when traveling is knowing exactly where you want to go. There are thousands of countries globally, and narrowing it down to one or two helps me out a lot. Next, I think the most important part, your budget. How much money do you have to spend on your vacation? This is important because you will probably not get an ocean front suite for seven days in Jamaica for $500 with flights included. Knowing your budget, I know specifically what to look for to get the best experience for your dollar.
Next, who is all going? Will there be children, and what are their ages? Some places consider the age of 17 an adult, and someplace only have child prices from ages 2-12. Knowing the ages is important and plays a part in the price. View types, what city you will be leaving from, and special occasions are also helpful information. Gathering as much information on my Client Questionnaire has been extremely helpful for my clients and me in the past years.
