Homemade Chimichurri

I first tasted chimichurri in 2014 on a date night in Augusta, Georgia. It was at a nice restaurant with steak and crispy potatoes. It was refreshing, bright, a little tangy, and downright delicious. It took us about four times to perfect this recipe, but my husband and I got it right this time. You can add chimichurri to steak, chicken, beef, pork, or your favorite meat. It is just a green, delicious mixture to top anything.
