The past few months of 2020 have been interesting, right? We went from a spring break week full of fun, a new adventure every day, and yummy food to no more school and work from home. Geez, that was fast. Days turned into weeks and weeks into months. Wonder Woman has really summoned extra strengths from the gods during this time. Even though we are all busy, there are daily practices that can help up stay balanced. Check them out below.

Physical Fitness

  • Get at least 8 hours of quality sleep
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water
  • Exercise for at least 30 minutes
  • Eat healthy meals (load up on fruits and vegetables)

Mental Fitness

  • Think positively (control your thoughts)
  • Read a book
  • Listen to music
  • Listen to a podcast (professional development)
  • Learn something new

Social Fitness

  • Demonstrate kindness to someone
  • Offer help, support, or advice on social media
  • Share a positive thought
  • Physical touch (hug someone in your household)
  • Love on your pets

Spiritual Fitness

  • Practice meditation
  • Read a devotional
  • Write in your journal
  • Observe a tradition
  • Take some me time even if it is only 30 minutes
